Our engineers find innovative solutions to complex geotechnical challenges including underpinning, deep foundations, earth retention systems, slope stabilisation and ground improvement.
What makes a great engineer?
Our engineers have a relentless drive to achieve results. Sound technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to get on with everyone are essential. Along with strong commercial instincts and a good understanding of the financial aspects of engineering projects, this ensures the work of our engineers is at the heart of our success.
Responsibilities include:
- Applying engineering principles to develop the optimum solutions to a wide range of complex geotechnical challenges
- Providing engineering support to the estimating department during bid preparation
- Preparation of detailed design drawings for construction
- Providing engineering support to the project managers during the construction process, including visiting job sites to do inspections and testing, assist field teams, and address any issues
- Helping with the development of innovations in geotechnical design and construction.
